Can I purchase something over the phone?
Give us a call and we will see what we can do! We will be happy to help you find exactly what you're looking for.
Do you ship products?
For sure! We ship USPS (or UPS if necessary) within the continugious US. Standard shipping is FREE.
What is the return policy?
For all full-priced, non-discounted items, you have 7 days beginning the day after you make your purchase to exchange or return your items, as long as they are in perfect and unused condition and are accompanied with your reciept. All discounted items are final sale. We reserve the right to deny returns on shoes that have visible wear and body products that have been opened.
What if I have a problem with my shoes?
Because we stand by our products, we want you to be happy with your footwear purchase. If you bought shoes from our store and they have any defects, please contact us by calling or sending us an email. We will do our best to help you.
When's the sale?
There are often products and shoes on sale in our store. However, if you are looking for our Annual Tent Sale, during which a wide selection of our shoes are marked down, keep an eye out for announcements - sign up for our emails and follow us on social media to keep up to date with our sales!
